Lots of Things to Tell.....

Yes, I know, I have already broken my promise of writing every day. But after you read about everything we've been doing the past three days, you might will forgive me. So let's dive in, shall we?

I worked half a day on Friday (woo hoo!!) so that I could spend some time with my good friend Mallory Gordon (now Mallory Papa-yay!) and a few of the bridesmaids before the wedding rehearsal that night. So after a few hours of eating extremely unhealthy Mexican food and getting our nails done, we went our separate ways to finish getting ready.

The rehearsal went good and we left at around 9:30. I thought we were making really good time and that I would get in bed at a decent hour. WRONG. We didn't go to bed until midnight because we were trying so hard to get all of our stuff ready for the next day. Then by the time we actually went to bed we were both so wound up that we didn't fall asleep until almost one.

Needless to say, 4:30 came VERY early for me! But thank God (no really, thank Him) that I was able to get up on time and get myself together and not leave anything important behind. GSW had a great graduation breakfast for us where I received my medallion to wear at graduation since I graduated with honors!  :)

The graduation ceremony went very well for both me and Roman. Roman's started at 9:45 and ended at 12:45. Mine started at 11 and was over at 12:30! So his was definitely longer but we both are just so relieved that we are officially done with college!!

With no time to waste, we were able to meet at Zaxby's in Leesburg with some family and friends to grab a quick bite to eat. Then we went our separate ways to get ready to take wedding pictures with Bean and Mallory and the wedding party. It was SO HOT outside on Saturday, but we had a blast being in their wedding--it was a beautiful ceremony!

We left the reception at around 10:30 but we didn't get home until 11:30 because we had to go pick up our darling Duke from his "grandparents" house. Getting in the bed that night was definitely one of the highlights of our day because we were just so stinking tired.

Sunday brought an awesome day of church and fellowship as usual. God was really moving in both our morning and evening services and we can tell that He is definitely up to something!! That night we had a spaghetti dinner and a cake auction benefiting our children and youth ministry and that went amazing as well.

All in all, we had a crazy good but crazy tiring weekend. See why I didn't have time to write anything??

Anyways, a big thank you to everyone out there who have made the past two years of our lives easier. Both of our parents have definitely been such a blessing over the past two years while we were busy (and broke) college kids. And our friends definitely helped us keep our sanity. We couldn't have made it through all of this without such a great support group. We love you guys!!!
